These Tangerine are winter fruits but now a days they are available throughout the year.
- Select a healthy fruit by checking its bright colour and feels heavy in hand.
- Avoid fruits with spots, excessively soft when you touch the fruit.
- Normally the fruits are waxed in order to increase the self life. So choose them carefully as spots may be hidden using wax.
- If you like to use the outer skin for any flavoring purpose, like using its zest or using the peel for facial mask, then wash them with cold water thoroughly.
So now tell me, will you say NO to eat these tangerine fruits????
